What's new in SalesTouch

The useful changes, written for the people using them. New notes usually land on Thursdays, but only when there is something worth sharing.

Latest

See the right account data and reply with less friction

Review each LinkedIn account separately, answer conversations more reliably, and get clearer help when something goes wrong.

  • Separate each account's results. Select one or several LinkedIn accounts to recalculate invitations, acceptances, messages, follow-ups, and queued actions without mixing them with the rest of your workspace.
  • Find the account that needs attention. Search profiles by name or LinkedIn handle and check their connection status before reviewing their activity.
  • Reply without looking up a profile ID. When your AI agent has a conversation thread, SalesTouch now finds the other participant automatically before sending the message.
  • Reduce misunderstood requests. Your AI agent receives clearer instructions about the information each SalesTouch action needs and whether it will make a change on LinkedIn.
  • Recognize connection problems immediately. If sign-in fails because SalesTouch cannot be reached, the error now tells you to check your connection instead of showing a generic message.
  • Get help without leaving SalesTouch. The support chat is available in the app again whenever you need assistance.

Thursday

A calmer workspace, in light or dark

SalesTouch now adapts more cleanly to the way you prefer to work, with better guidance around the product.

  • A redesigned light theme brings warmer surfaces, clearer charts, and more consistent contrast across activity and logs.
  • Theme controls take less space while keeping your preferred appearance one click away.
  • New practical playbooks turn common LinkedIn growth goals into workflows you can run with your AI agent.
  • Getting-started guidance and trial emails now make the path from signup to a connected LinkedIn account easier to follow.

Thursday

See what your agent is doing, as it happens

A new operations view makes setup, activity, and results easier to understand without digging through technical details.

  • The dashboard now summarizes commercial activity and sales performance in one place.
  • Account logs show each SalesTouch action with compact context, including the request your agent made.
  • A verified setup checklist keeps completed steps accessible and stops checking once your connection is ready.
  • Rebuilt documentation makes every LinkedIn capability easier to discover and use from your AI client.
  • Faster mobile loading and progressive data reveals make the public site and app feel more immediate.

Thursday

From signup to your first LinkedIn workflow

The first session is now shorter, clearer, and focused on getting one real workflow running.

  • A dedicated LinkedIn connection step guides you through account setup.
  • The first-session guide now gives your AI agent a concise installation and test sequence.
  • LinkedIn cooldowns are re-queued automatically instead of leaving an action stranded.
  • Dark mode now carries consistently across the app and onboarding experience.

Thursday

A queue you can trust

Outreach actions now have clearer status, stronger scheduling, and better reply awareness.

  • SalesTouch tracks sent outreach and incoming LinkedIn replies as part of the same workflow.
  • A global dispatcher processes queued actions while respecting account-level limits.
  • The status tool gives your AI agent one place to check pending, completed, and blocked work.
  • Subscription and seat handling now follow a simpler trial-to-paid lifecycle.

Thursday

Conversations, follow-ups, and exports arrive in the MCP

AI agents can now carry more of the LinkedIn prospecting loop, while keeping actions reviewable.

  • Read LinkedIn conversations and retrieve the context needed to prepare a relevant reply.
  • Send an invitation and automatically queue the follow-up message for after it is accepted.
  • Keep outreach inside configurable working hours instead of sending at arbitrary times.
  • Export stored scrape results and work through post comments and replies with faster pagination.
  • Connect SalesTouch to Codex through a documented OAuth flow.

Thursday

A shorter path from checkout to setup

Account creation and payment now form one clearer flow, so new users can reach LinkedIn setup with fewer detours.

  • The signup funnel removes duplicated steps between plan selection and account creation.
  • Checkout state is preserved more reliably while the account is being created.

Thursday

Safer actions and more dependable connections

This release makes it harder for an agent to exceed LinkedIn limits and easier to recover from connection issues.

  • Limited LinkedIn actions require an explicit queue choice, keeping immediate and scheduled actions unambiguous.
  • OAuth loopback connections used by desktop AI clients recover more reliably across redirects.
  • A feedback entry point makes it easier to report friction while you are using SalesTouch.

Thursday

Introducing the SalesTouch LinkedIn MCP

This release gives compatible AI agents a focused LinkedIn action layer for prospecting workflows.

  • A new MCP quick-start dashboard shows how to connect, test, and monitor your agent.
  • Remote SalesTouch tools can be discovered from compatible AI clients with the correct account ownership context.
  • Authentication and checkout now lead back to the right setup state instead of restarting the journey.
