Schedule outreach and keep every action moving

Plan LinkedIn actions for the right moment, recover queued work automatically, and avoid duplicate invitation workflows.

  • Schedule outreach for the moment you choose. Messages, invitations, invite-then-message sequences, likes, comments, and posts can now be saved for a future time, and SalesTouch will never run them before the time you requested.
  • Let scheduled work recover from a sleeping account. When a credentials-based LinkedIn account was disconnected after inactivity, a due action previously stopped for reconnection; SalesTouch now reconnects it automatically, retries temporary outages, and tells you when a legacy cookie session still needs manual action.
  • Keep queued outreach from disappearing. SalesTouch now persists each queued action before registering its execution time, promotes long-term actions when they enter the scheduling window, and recovers missed registrations hourly so you do not have to recreate the action after a temporary scheduler failure.
  • Prevent duplicate invitation workflows. SalesTouch recognizes the same person across encoded profile URLs, handles, and IDs, skips invitations to existing connections, and requires explicit approval before replacing a pending invite-and-follow-up workflow.

Review each LinkedIn account separately, answer conversations more reliably, and get clearer help when something goes wrong.

  • Separate each account's results. Select one or several LinkedIn accounts to recalculate invitations, acceptances, messages, follow-ups, and queued actions without mixing them with the rest of your workspace.
  • Find the account that needs attention. Search profiles by name or LinkedIn handle and check their connection status before reviewing their activity.
  • Reply without looking up a profile ID. When your AI agent has a conversation thread, SalesTouch now finds the other participant automatically before sending the message.
  • Reduce misunderstood requests. Your AI agent receives clearer instructions about the information each SalesTouch action needs and whether it will make a change on LinkedIn.
  • Recognize connection problems immediately. If sign-in fails because SalesTouch cannot be reached, the error now tells you to check your connection instead of showing a generic message.
  • Get help without leaving SalesTouch. The support chat is available in the app again whenever you need assistance.
